The applicant must be authorized to represent the applying company/organization to apply for the "Exclusive Offer for Non-profit Organizations" (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”).

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

The applicant must complete all application procedures and confirm acceptance of the offer and make payment as instructed within the specified timeframe to enjoy this offer.

The applicant must agree and authorize eshopland to display the logo of the applying company/organization in promotional materials and on webpages as a user case example of eshopland.

This offer details are subject to change without prior notice.

This offer is non-transferable. For the duration of the offer period, the registered name and URL of the online shop may not be changed to that of any third party.

All users must adhere to the Terms of Use of eshopland.

eshopland reserves the right to terminate the offer and immediately suspend the associated online shop without prior notice if the application breaches any terms and conditions or is found to have provided false information, while reserving all other rights and remedies.

The Terms and Conditions are governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of HKSAR.

In case of any disputes, the decision of eshopland shall be final.
